ABOUT US Information about society- In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 31, 2015. No. PP-2463 “On measures to optimize the structure and further increase the efficiency of activities, Uztrade JSC was established, which is the successor of the rights, contracts and obligations of Uzmarkazimpex JSC. In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 26, 2017 No. PP-3009, the initial authorized capital of Uztrade JSC was formed by transferring the state block of shares of Uzmarkazimpex JSC at par value.
